He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing and supply chain management from the University of Memphis. Hawkins has served on the Board of Directors for the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI), as well as the American Trucking Associations Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Infrastructure Funding Task Force.
As President of Yellow Corporation, Darrel Harris will focus on the Company’s enterprise transformation strategy, collaborating across all areas of the business – from sales and operations to human resources and network optimization. With the largest, most comprehensive network in North America and local, regional, national and international capabilities, Yellow handles 20 million shipments annually.
Harris’s expertise and leadership will be instrumental in growing Yellow’s super regional network across North America, developing customer service enhancements and expanding teams to include best-in-class LTL freight professionals across the Holland, New Penn, Reddaway, YRC Freight and HNRY Logistics brands.
Harris has more than 25 years of extensive LTL industry experience. For the past four years, he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Xpress Global Systems. Harris began his career as a dock worker for a prominent LTL carrier, where he then spent nearly two decades holding various leadership roles of ever-increasing responsibilities in both operations and sales.
As Yellow Corporation’s Chief Commercial Officer, Jason W. Bergman leads the industry-leading enterprise sales teams of Holland, New Penn, Reddaway, YRC Freight (less-thantruckload companies), as well as HNRY Logistics, and the marketing services team of Yellow Corporation.
He is dedicated to adding the technology of HNRY Logistics to the combined power of the Holland, New Penn, Reddaway and YRC Freight networks to provide significant market leverage and bring our customers new service opportunities.
With over 24 years of industry experience and service performance, Bergman brings expertise in both sales and marketing strategies. He is a market-driven collaborative team builder and solutions leader with a proven track record of growing established businesses.
Most recently, Bergman was a member of the Dicom Transportation executive leadership team where he was responsible for the organization’s enterprise commercial strategy and marketing services for developing supply chain solutions across all Dicom business units.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and teaches at the Rutgers Business School Department of Supply Chain Management.
Leah K. Dawson serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Yellow Corporation, a $4.9 billion transportation company and its portfolio of industry-leading lessthan-truckload (LTL) companies including Holland, New Penn, Reddaway, YRC Freight and HNRY Logistics. Also, Dawson is Corporate Secretary to the Yellow Corporation Board of Directors.
Prior to being named General Counsel, Dawson served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Yellow Corporation since 2012. During her tenure, she has advised on and overseen vital aspects of Yellow Corporation’s legal strategy in areas such as corporate, securities, finance, governance, executive compensation, employee benefits, tax and real estate and has been an integral part of many pivotal company transactions. In 2020, Dawson was instrumental in helping Yellow Corporation secure its $700 million CARES Act loan.
An experienced attorney, Dawson previously worked at the Kansas City offices of two top international law firms, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP and Dentons LLP, where she provided counsel focusing on corporate, securities and finance law.
Dawson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Spanish Concentration from The University of Kansas. She graduated from The University of Kansas School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and Tax Certificate.
James Faught has served as Vice President – Controller for Yellow Corporation since February 2020 and prior as Director of Financial Reporting since 2017. Yellow Corporation is North America’s second-largest logistics and less-than-truckload super-regional network with expertise in flexible supply chain solutions. As Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, Faught focuses on accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, SOX compliance, as well as supporting all finance initiatives.
Faught’s previous experience focused on financial planning and analysis for a provider of safety and productivity solutions to fleet vehicles manufacturers and operators. Also, he has worked in senior-level auditor roles in some of the largest professional services and consulting firms.
He has nearly two decades of finance and accounting experience. Faught has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas – Arlington and a Master’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas – Dallas.
As CFO of Yellow Corporation, Dan Olivier is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, cash management, accounting, tax and risk management/internal audit. He brings to the role expertise in operational finance and strategy.
Olivier has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Trinity Christian College and began his career in public accounting. He has worked the past 22 years at Yellow Corporation, which has the largest, most comprehensive network in North America with local, regional, national and international capabilities and across its successful brands: Holland, New Penn, Reddaway, YRC Freight and HNRY Logistics. Over the past two decades, Olivier has advanced through various accounting and finance roles at Yellow Corporation, most recently having served as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for Yellow Corporation, and prior to that, Vice President, Finance for Holland.
As Chief Information Officer of Yellow Corporation, Jason Ringgenberg leads the direction of Yellow Corporation’s technology including its portfolio of industry-leading less-thantruckload (LTL) companies: Holland, New Penn, Reddaway and YRC Freight, as well as the logistics company HNRY Logistics.
Ringgenberg has responsibility for managing and directing the integrity, security and functionality of all IT systems, processes and support functions for one of the largest, most comprehensive networks in North America.
Before being named CIO at Yellow Corporation, Ringgenberg was a senior vice president at YRC Freight where he was instrumental in leading the company’s technology transformation.
Prior to joining YRC Freight in 2014, Ringgenberg was with Accenture for over 20 years, serving most recently as a managing director in the North American Freight and Logistics practice. He has deep experience supporting global freight and logistics client efforts on IT and business processes.
Ringgenberg holds a BBA in Transportation & Logistics from Iowa State University and an MBA from The University of Oklahoma.
